    Hello Rose,

    How are you doing?

I’m having a problem with Slider Revolution, it just disappeared, I do not know what happened, it’s giving a message that I already gave on another site, but you informed me that it was because of the theme that it was outdated, so I updated and it worked again I am already using the latest version and now disappeared displaying the same message.

See below a screenshot of the problem.

    I await your next interaction!

    Best regards,

    Hello Rose,

Not yet, I could see that the problem only appears to users who are not logged in, those who are logged in as both customer in the store and administrators the slider back up and running, why does this happen?

    How can I fix this?

    I await your next interaction!

    Best regards,
    Rodrigo M.

    Hello Rose,

I would like to inform you that I could find out where the problem was, in Slider Revolution> Global Settings I had enabled the “Defer Javascript Loading” option, but I did not know that the problem was this so I enabled and disabled option by option until it worked again.

Consider the problem solved and thank you for the support.

    Best regards,
    Rodrigo M.
