You’re using old theme and plugins versions. Please update them and check this issue.
Don’t forget to make backup of the site before update.

The video tutorial is for Legenda theme, but the process is identical.
You can download the latest plugins versions at this link https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ ,
enter your purchase code of the theme to get the plugins.

Something is happening with visual composer…I can’t make new templates, i can’t make singles images, …something is wrong…

Please update the theme to 2.5 version.
Before update delete “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/woopress/ and it’ll be reuploaded from a new theme package.
Don’t forget to create back up of your files and database before starting update process!
(it’s for Legenda theme but the process is the same).

Sorry..but I don’t know how download the theme’s last version…I’m searching information and go to a woothemes page but I haven’t account in wooprees y got it with 8theme…what’s my mistake?
