    Hello good morning,

I have the following problem, I am using a promotion with my newsletter. For the visitor on the page to be able to opt for this promo, they must register for the newsletter and then show a successful registration message, this only works for me if I have the newsletter preloaded, but it is annoying that it is constantly shown to the visitor,

What I want is for the visitor to be able to close the newsletter popup if they do not want the promo and for it to no longer be displayed, but if the customer registers, the successful registration message can be seen.

    Hello, Tiffany,

We kindly request that you provide the updated access credentials for the admin panel and FTP. Unfortunately, the credentials previously provided are no longer functional.

Thank you in advance for your assistance.

    Best regards,

    Hello, Tiffany,

Thank you for providing access. We have made some changes, and we kindly ask you to review them. Additionally, if possible, please clear the server caches.

The problem persists, the newsletter is shown but it does not show the elements after adding an email address.

It is the problem that I indicated in the first message, it only shows it if the newsletter is preloaded, the bad thing about having the preloaded newsletter is that it is shown over and over again.

    Hello, Tiffany,

We have made some updates. After filling out and submitting the form, the popup will appear one more time. However, if it is closed using the “X” button, it will not appear again until the next day for the current browser.

    Best regards,
    8Theme’s Team

Hello, good afternoon, there is no change, I understand the X button and that is not the problem, the problem is that when you enter an email it does not show you any message. And a success message must be displayed with a coupon number, or an error message after entering an incorrect or existing email. This process is not fulfilled, it is only fulfilled if the newsletter is preloaded. I attach two comparative images. Please I ask for a prompt solution. I have been presenting this problem for a week and I have not had a solution. I am still at the same starting point.

    Dear @Tiffany,

There is an JS error under Console Log related from the scripts of Mailchimp plugin which prevents the form works correct:

    https://prnt.sc/wV5dwv73hBDN

We kindly recommend disabling all third-party plugins that are not included with XStore. You can find the list of included plugins here: (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/). Once you have done this, please clear your browser’s cache and check if the issue persists. It is possible that one of the additional plugins may be causing the problem.

Once you have deactivated the unnecessary plugins, kindly clear your browser’s cache and verify whether the performance issue persists. This step is crucial, as conflicts with third-party plugins can sometimes cause unexpected issues.

Please let us know the results of these tests so we can assist you further.

    Best regards,
    The 8Theme Team

Hello, good morning, I have disabled all the plugins except xstore and mailchimp, I deleted the cache memory on both the server and the browser and I still have the same problem.

    Hello, Tiffany,

We have made some changes. Could you please check if the issue persists? If the problem remains, we kindly ask you to record a video showing the issue, as well as a video demonstrating how it should work.

    Best regards,
    8Theme Team
