    Hello, @Nick,

1- I don’t see the images served size on mobile that you said. “1097” please see the image: https://postimg.cc/H8YdRfTM

2- Please once try to check the same thing with the default WordPress theme. It doesn’t look like our theme issue. Product images handled by the WooCommerce plugin if you face the same thing with the default theme then you should have to contact the plugin author for further assistance.

3- Sorry to say, that there is no such feature available in the theme for now so change requires customization. We cannot cover customization issues in our support policy. If you want paid Customization services submit a customization request to WPKraken team.

    Regards 8Themes Team.

    1) Please select Iphone X on dimensions on console

(Also, if I save the image from my iphone, the dimensions are 1097px.)

    2) It happens with the demo as well: Check https://prnt.sc/AxwfnZ0AEJce

I can see here as well that these images are not served from cdn.

Also, how can I make the thumbnails smaller? They have the same dimensions as the catalog, which shouldn’t be.

    Hello,

Tony asked to check with the default theme but not our demos (on our demos we still use XStore theme yeah but he needs to check if the issues are exist with StoreFront theme on any other default one ). Here is a message ->
