Problems with checkout page after theme install

    Hi Have purchased and installed the theme in a client site in order to use your template in his new design. After do that, wocommerce template it´s not working as it does in your live preview theme. checkout page doesnt load and as i said the design it´s not the same.

    I have deleted the template woocommerce folder and uploaded the latest version on themeforest.

    Can you help me?

    Sorry i have downgraded the woocommerce version into 3.0.1 but the problems are the same. Checkout doesnt works and woccomerce design it´s not ok as you can se if you go to the cart page or my account page.

    I’ve sent form-billing.php file to your registration email. Please reupload it in royal/woocommerce/checkout/folder.

    Thank you very much for your support Rose, i have uploaded the file you sent to me and now the checkout page it opens but the billing address module doest not showed and can´t finish the chekout proccess.

    Please see the attached image.

    Any idea?

    Hello,

    Go to Appearance > Themes > install and activate Storefront theme – official WC theme and check if you have this issue with our theme only or even with official theme too. In case, problem appears only with our theme reply back and provide me correct admin panel and FTP access to your site.

    Hi Rose,

    I have installed the storefront theme and now billing address module it´s appears. 🙁 check the captión attatched. In private info i´ll add the access credentials.
