Problems with cart - by filiphdan - on WordPress WooCommerce support

    Hello,

    We are having problems with the cart in our shop, we have complains from several clients, i think this was after last update but only now we are finding this…

    After adding products to the cart, if we return to the shop the cart apears empty, so costumers will add more products (the products will then be doubled…), this problem apears in both mobile and desktop, it did not happened before.

    Pease let us know how to solve.

    Hello,

    Activate “Always Load Wc-Cart-Fragments” in Theme Options > Speed optimization, then clear cache and check how it works then.

    Ok, i never needed this before, it says it might slow the website down, wich is something its not desirable, could you let me know why is this needed now?

    Hello,

    This option refreshes the mini cart amount when you navigate between pages/browser tabs of your site, it adds some ms to loading but not critical time. We had it enabled by default before. If you disable option it does not refresh that, some users do not show the amount of the added products for the mini cart and they don’t need that option enabled. But it’s not your case.
