Problems with BUY NOW option - by Wojciech Tyszkowski

Hi There,

My store is working with Woo Commerce Subscriptions module and there is some problem with a template.

1. As a non logged user When a go to a product for. ex. https://subfun.pl/product/subskrybcja-1-mc-box/

2. Then I want to BUY Now > pressing Kup Teraz (red button)

3. I get Cart page with a message that my cart is empty.

Could you please help ?

Hello,

When the Subscriptions plugin is disabled the problem disappears?
Did you make changes in theme files?

Yes that’s correct.

After I switch off Woo Commerce Subscriptions, the problem disappears, and it works perfectly fine

FTP is ok, thanks. But did you remove the product? Could you provide us with link to product that has the mentioned issue?

No, i haven’t remove the product:

i have just change it’s name during a day for : https://subfun.pl/product/mix-dla-kazdego/

I don’t know if you are doing something but now there is a weird “— OR —” on the left hand side od add to a cart button (it wasn’t;’t there previously)

Are you talking about this OR https://prnt.sc/10d4tn4 ? It was always there.

Check scenario:
as a not logged user and logged user with an empty cart:

When i click ‘BUY NOW” (Kup Teraz) >https://prnt.sc/10d51s0

It shows me an empty cart instead of a cart with that product: https://prnt.sc/10d529s
