Problems with banners and responsive view

Hello, I have realized that the banners are not being responsive, when opening the web on a cell phone, the banners are incomplete.
I don’t know how to send the screenshots from the mobile through a link to show you, but the images look incomplete.
I would like you to please help me to solve this problem.

Hello, @Andrés,

Thanks for elaborating on your issue with the help of a screenshot I have now understood your issue

But, When I try to log in to your site with your providing admin URL it says “Locked”. I also tried to access your site using a VPN but still the same error. Here is an image of the error: https://postimg.cc/bs9BSZ93 so I am not able to log in to your site to debug your issue and fix it for you.

Hello, give me your IP and your country, for some reason my service provider has blocked access to the WordPress dashboard from some countries and I have to manually unlock them.
