Problems with activating the license in new site

Hi,
I have used this license on a website previously but that site – http://navrattangems.com/ not in use anymore and have deactivated the license.

Now I am using the license on https://www.salekart.com/
But its saying as You have reached activation number limit.

I have shared the new site credentials.

What to do?

for this information.

Thanks for using our theme.
Purchase code, that is registered for your account on our site, was activated on next sites – https://prnt.sc/uvhmdv
According to the ThemeForest license policy, you can use 1 license for 1 project only (dev site, production site, localhost but the same project!)
https://themeforest.net/licenses/standard
Please deactivate the code https://prnt.sc/uvanh6 on the mentioned sites to be able to activate it on the new one. In case you are working on different projects you need to purchase more licenses.

I have already deactivated it on navrattangems.com

Then I have tried to activate on Salekart.com

But its not happening.

What about these sites https://prnt.sc/uvhkzi ? Deactivate the theme there, to be able to activate the theme on the new site.

If I am sharing a URL that might have a reason.

http://y94.a96.myftpupload.com/ – This is not found on my server if any test created might have been deleted. Check opening the URL.

Now it should be fixed?
