Problems updating Wooccomerce Plugin to latest version

    Dear,

    When I try to update wooccommerce plugin to 2.4.7 versión (now I have 2.3.13), I have problems with my prodcuts.

    At the product pages they appears like it isn´t any quanty of products to select. It appears no colours to select and also no quanty button and buy button.

    I Try to update it a few times but I always have to back to older version.

    Where is the problem?

    Also, when I update the plugin I have this mesagge: (I have the latest version of Legenda)

    we encounter ‘TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS’ and ‘502 Bad Gateway’ errors while trying to log into your Dashboard. Please check your site and ask hosting provider for help.

    I’ve updated Woocommerce plugin and removed outdated files in livingestudio.com/wp-content/themes/legenda/woocommerce/ directory. Please clear browser cache and check products now.

    I’m having a problem importing the demo data (trying to do e-commerce style)

    Woocommerce notification on top saying some files are outdated.

    Hello,

    Our demo uses old Woocommerce plugin version, and some style changes have been made in the recent update of Woocommerce, that’s why you see difference.

    Regarding the images you need disable “Hard Crop” option in Woocommerce > Settings > Products > Display > Product images and regenerate thumbnails in Tools > Regen. Thumbnails.

    Pay attention to the files that were deleted: http://storage2.static.itmages.com/i/15/0817/h_1439794170_5940258_acd46deb52.png
    You must delete them from your theme folder too (in wp-content/themes/legenda/woocommerce directory).

    Please provide us with FTP credentials to check the issue with demo data installation.

    Dear Jack,

    Yesterday I did that you said (I didn´t know if the message was for me but I tried it), but I still have the same problems.

    When I select the colour I want and the featured image appears (each colour have is own featured image), the image appears bigger and low quality… I don´t know how to explain it… Please check here: http://www.livingestudio.com/producto/eames-lounge-chair-con-ottoman/ and select one colour.

    Also, the buy button (“Añadir al carrito” in spanish) is smaller than the original…

    Please check it and let me know what can I do

    Hello @tomt92,

    You need contact your hosting provider and ask them to increase values for the functions upload_max_filesize, post_max_size and memory_limit.
    After that try to import demo content.
