Hello, I can’t register my account in WPBakery Visual Composer by using the purchase code that you sent me when I bought your theme (WooPress).
I have bought the theme today.
Wordpress deliver me the next message: “Invalid data. Check your information or open support ticket at support.wpbakery.com”
When I try to open a support ticket it doesn’t work because the code is wrong.
Please, can you help me?

you do not need keys to use plugins bundled with our theme, Visual Composer or others.
Latest versions of bundled plugins can be downloaded here: https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/
In case you want to receive premium support from plugin developers – you need to buy that plugin.

Thank you I didn’t know that.
Now I’m having troubles when I install the rest of the plugins of the theme.
The design of WordPress (control panel) changes afeter installing screets live chat.
I’m not sure if it happens only because of this plugin. I installed all plugins directly form WordPress.

The system doesn’t let me to instal this one “Ultimate addons for Visual Composer” because the folder has been already created.

Please try to install plugins via FTP, by uploading and extracting the plugin zip files into wp-content/plugins folder. You can find the zip files for plugin installation in the theme folder woopress/framework/plugins.
If you can’t do this then provide us withFTP credentials in Private Content and we’ll help you.

These plugins registration is not obligatory! The plugins are functioning perfect without any activation. The plugin activation option was added in the plugin only for the customers to get automatic updates and support directly from plugin developers. Only in case you need this features you will need to purchase and register the plugin. This is not only our practice but all the theme authors from ThemeForest”
The plugin “Ultimate Addons for Visual Composer” and “WPBakery Visual Composer” ask for an activation and the purchase code is wrong. This is regarding to my first question.
I tried it before and it didn’t work.
Now, when I try to use the visual layout designer (Maquetador Visual in Spanish) appears the next error “No tienes suficientes permisos para acceder a esta página” (you don’t have enough permissions to access this section).
Please, I have lost 1 day only because of the mistakes in plugins
