Problems in xcore plug-in and import demos

    Hi,

    I’m trying to activate my xcore plug-in but doest works as well I can’t import demo. If I try by “Import Demos” or “Files Generator” at XStore menu appears error message like “etheme_fpcontent function is not exists”.

    The same thing happens when I go to update the theme, this message appears to me: PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

    What I have to do?

    Please, help me

    Hi,

    Make sure you have checked all the server requirements before the theme installation – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/xstore-theme-requirements/
    Update the theme via FTP – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/theme-update/ , and plugins also – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/plugins-update/
    Then clear cache and check the import one more time.
    Let us know the result.

    Hi Rose,

    Thanks! I increase the max input vars limit and update plugins via FTP, now xstore core plug-in is running.

    I had problems importing media files, but it’s ok cause I’ll input my product data.
