PROBLEMS CONFIGURING THE XSTORE SALES BOOSTER AFTER XSTORE UPDATE

    Hello,
    I have problems adjusting the setting of the functions under the sales booster such the “cart /checkout progress bar”, would you please help because it is showing amoiunt of cart before having free shipping that i can not even see in the settings to adjust it.

    Kindly navigate to the Cart/Checkout Progress Bar settings and adjust the “Price” field. Please ensure that you input only numerical values in the designated area for the price ({{Et_price}}). For your convenience, we have provided images to serve as a reference for this process:

    This the problem: I DO NOT see the price, before I was able to see it but after updating the theme, I can not scroll through the car/checkout progress bar in order to see the price and to configure it. Same for many features of the sales booster. Please help

    Hello, @SK,

    Thank you for your response.

    1) If you are using a Child Theme then Activate the Parent-Theme and check again. Let us know the result.

    We kindly recommend that you take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

    2) We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins ), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.

    If the issue still persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization. This will allow us to investigate and assist you accordingly.

    Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.
