Hi, I have used the Plugin Woo Variation Swatches for making variation swatches in Woocommerce. In the new theme update you add the function of creating such variation swatches. When I try to update the theme Xstore to 5.0 all my variations which were mady by the plugin, dissappead and I can not return them back! How can I update the theme but do not loose my variations. Can you help me? Thanks

    Hello,

It depends on if you want to use the plugin functionality or theme variation swatches option. If you want to continue using of the plugin you can just go to Theme Options > Shop elements > Variation Swatches > Disable.
In case you want to use our settings then you need to disable plugin and follow the video tutorial and enable swatches for your attributes https://youtu.be/XO-PDvhPypc

    Regards

Yes, I did as you wrote – update the theme and disable Theme Options > Shop elements > Variation Swatches >
but the variations, which I made with the help of plugin disuppeared – I saw zerro in the list of variations/ There is no need to make them one more time, course the ids will be different.
    Can you help me?

    Hello,

Theme update does not remove data from DB but if you see 0 in the list of variation it means that data were removed and I think it’s not because of our theme update. Did you make the backup of the site? Provide us with Dashboard and FTP access to your site to check the options. Maybe you will need to restore backup and then we’ll help you with theme update.

    Regards
