Probleme reactivate licence for new projects – Old project deleted

Hi,
I have deactivated the license of an old test on flywheel in local on my computer. Now i need to install xstore on a subdomain. How can i do that ? , When i am entering the code in the new project, it tells me that the license is in use. How can i reactivate licence for the new project on a subdomain for developpement ?
