    Bonjour,

    J’espère que vous allez bien si Allah le veut…

    J’ai un gros bug dans les statics block, je ne peux plus faire aucune modification à aucun d’eux …

    Provide temporary wp-admin access, please.
    Create an account via Dashboard (Users > Add new) with administrator role http://prntscr.com/s3rc9m > provide us with username and password via the Private Content area http://prntscr.com/s5mao7 You can use any email for it. Delete this account once all questions will be solved.

    You need to update Massive Addons plugin – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/plugins-update/ Then clear cache and try to edit static blocks.

    car maintenant que j’ai effectué la mise a jour de massive addons, je n’ai plus l’éditeur visuel ni celui de l’administration

    Louange à Allah, j’ai téléchargé wp3 total cash et je pense que vous en avez été la cause et je vous en remercie beaucoup…

    Dois-je vider la totalité du cache ?

    Follow this article to clear the cache of browser https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/32050?co=GENIE.Platform%3DAndroid&hl=en
    and clear cache that comes from W3 Total Cache plugin, support of the plugin should be able to assist you.
    Problem was caused by WooZone plugin errors. Do you plan to sell products from Amazon? If no then do not activate this plugin.
    Also, you can disable Elementor plugins.
