Problemas en la venta de productos – cambio de precio al cobro

    A la hora de cobrar en la tienda el precio de un par de productos cambia de $XX a $7.5 y cobra solo esta última cantidad. En la lista de productos solo cambia un par. Pero los demás los deja bien.

    Esto ha sucedido en ventas aleatorias, y con productos aleatorios. Nos ha pasado unas 3 veces.

    We have noticed that your website is utilizing a large number of plugins. This could potentially impact the website’s performance, lead to errors, and affect its overall speed. To ensure optimal functionality and avoid such issues, we kindly ask you to manually review each plugin currently in use on your website.

    If the problem persists, we suggest switching to the Parent theme if you are currently using the Child Theme on your site. After clearing the cache, check again.
    Do the same test for the default WooCommerce theme – Storefront. The issue may be due to your custom code in the Child Theme.

    Muchas gracias, voy a hacer algunas pruebas con las sugerencias. Un detalle es que no hace esto de manera regular (solo de repente en algunas ventas y con algunos productos, generalmente los de arriba en el carrito de compra). En este caso cambio el precio a 8.55 cuando en realidad vale 855

    Por si se te ocurre alguna otra cosa. Ya que eliminar los plugs que son necesarios va a ser complicado. Como sea eliminaremos todos los que no están en uso.

    Espero regresar para comentar que ya quedo solucionado.

    For testing purposes, we suggest creating a staging website where you can safely perform these tests without affecting your live site.
