Problema al vincular id de cliente con pedido

    buenas estoy teniendo problemas cuando se genera un pedido no se esta vinculando el mismo al id de cliente. es decir un cliente realiza un pedido y en woocomerce en la gestion del mismo aparace como invitado y necesito que aparezca el cliente ya que al exportar los pedidos necesito tener ese campo y que sea automatico. Gracias

    Hello @Elgaroe,

    We have noticed on your website that the “Add to Cart” buttons are missing on single product pages (https://prnt.sc/Xw_5IdXoKCno). These buttons appear to be hidden by custom CSS (https://prnt.sc/CF9Xih_k5XeJ). Even after placing an order by temporarily removing the CSS in the browser inspector, we observed that the cart page is not displayed, even when accessed manually. This suggests that there may be an .htaccess configuration on your server preventing the cart page from being viewed on the frontend.

    Regarding your main question, if your website does not require customers to create an account before placing an order, those customers will appear as guests in your order list. This functionality is supported by the WooCommerce plugin (https://woocommerce.com/feature-request/add-a-create-an-account-option-on-checkout/). You may also test this behavior using the default theme to confirm.

    If possible, please provide us with more details about your request, including a video or screenshots, as well as temporary wp-admin access. This will allow us to investigate further and help find a suitable solution for your issue.
