Problem – XStore Custom Font with WPML Plugin

Hi, I uploaded a custom font to Xstore and created my website. I bought WPML as recommended by the template but I can’t change the font of the whole site to the second language. How can I solve?

Hello,

Sorry, but we don’t have the option to use different fonts for the different languages. You can implement that only by additional customization https://css-tricks.com/snippets/css/using-font-face-in-css/ .

Could you tell me where to change these settings? (screen 1) And I would also like to understand how to solve the color problem when I change the language, in the Italian version there are, in the English version instead no. (screen 2)

Hello,

1) To translate the progress bar go to XStore > Sales Booster > Progress Bar > edit texts there.

To translate the bottom promo text go to Theme Options > Header builder > Cart > edit the Mini cart promo message.

2) Provide us with link to that product and also WP Dashboard access to check the issue in more detail, please.

These are the articles that lose their color in the translated version:

In the .it version, on the other hand, the colors are clearly visible

Go to Products > Attributes > set the colors for the terms of the EN version https://prnt.sc/N4ncKNYkL5A4

Once I added them it works.

Thanks for your help. I have other problems to solve.
1. I used your “Qform” to generate the forms but I can’t figure out how to do them bilingual. Can you give me a hand? I’ve seen the translation section but can’t set it up.
2. I managed to change the word “search” from the template settings but I can’t manage it for the bilingual, what can I do?

Do you update Core plugin before the theme update next time.
1/ Contact support of WPML plugin first.
2/ WPML > string translation > scroll down and press on “Translate texts in admin screens” link. You’ll see a list of fields, choose the fields you’d like to translate. For example – theme_mods_xstore-child > http://prntscr.com/szhrk6 After that go back to the String Translation section and translate necessary content – http://prntscr.com/szhs2y

Thanks for the help, point 2 is solved. As for the Quform, WPML does not support the translation of their forms, but I have seen that there is the translation module inside, but not as it is used. Do you by any chance know how to do it?

Hello,

That button comes from the third-party plugin, it’s not a theme built-in option. So, contact plugin author to get help with the translation of the plugin elements.

Hello Olga,

we are writing after 3 months. Everything was set up and ready but today again we had serious issues with the English page of our website.

In particular, when you add a product to the chart, after choosing the desidered size, it brings you to the Italian page with a completely different domain: http://www.lumierevebrand.it.
