Good evening, I have a problem with xstore theme options. It does not appear as before and I cannot make changes like before.How can I change the sidebar in each category?

Hello,

I can’t log in your site. Please provide correct wp-admin access – http://prntscr.com/p89po8
Please check the changelog – https://xstore.8theme.com/update-history/ 6.0 version of the theme contains migration from old theme options (Redux Framework) to the new one – Kirki.
Make sure that you installed Kirki framework plugin; make sure that you updated not just theme but the Core plugin too; make sure that you finished migration of theme options (Go to Xstore > Theme Options after Kirki plugin installation).

Hello,

1) Contact your hosting provider and ask to check the permissions because seems customizer request is locked http://prntscr.com/p8lmss and you don’t have access to Theme Options.

2) Even before theme update we did not have the option to change the sidebar in each category. Product categories inherit the shop sidebar (Appearance > Widgets > Shop sidebar). You can only change the position of the category sidebar and shop page sidebar (Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop > Product page layout) http://prntscr.com/p8lu8n
