Problem with XStore Core plugin - by Marta Iraola

Hello,

I have updated my website to WordPress 5.5.1 and the latest theme version. After that, I updated the Xstore Core plugin and now some things are not working correctly:

1 – If you try to edit a page, it doesn’t show the Visual Composer builder

2 – If you try to check the theme version you are using by going to Appearance – Themes and clicking over it, it doesn’t open the small window with the info

3 – If you try to update a plugin using your themes Plugin installer, the buttons do nothing

4 – If you try to add a post and change to the HTML tab it doesn’t work.

All of these problems disappear if I deactivate the Xstore core plugin. I first installed it by going to the Plugin installer. After seeing this problem, I downloaded the zip of the plugin from this website and installed it manually, but the problem still happens.

Could you please check and fix what is happening? Now I am scared to update everything in other websites where I am using this theme in case these problems happen again.

3) Try to clear the browser cache and check again

I suppose you just need to clear the browser cache.
