Problem with visual composer - by Nebulas

Hi.
I created 4 pages with visual composer and I saved like 4 demo s pages.
I imported all the file to another site, but one of these pages not show the visual composer layout in the backoffice. In the browser show all the contents.

I tried to recreate it again step by step, but after saving, there’s nothing again..all settings disappeared again. Empty page.

Why?
Plugins and Theme are all updated.

Hello,

On page “Azienda” only slider and footer are shown which you select in the page editor:

There is no other content.
Try to add some elements and check the page after that.

infact. Sorry for my bad english I think I’ m not able to explain the problem very well.

I have just created this page with the visual composer in another site.
I imported all pages in the new website but Azienda doesn’t works.
The backoffice show anything but online there’s the layout and content.

I tried to add all elements again with the visual composer, I save the layout and after that, page in the backoffice are always empty and online not.

Hello,

I’ve added Text element from Visual Composer editor in “Azienda” page and it’s visible either on frontend or backend. Please check it and clear browser cache before.

I deleted the cache but I think this http://dbn-outofthebox.azurewebsites.net/wp-content/uploads/2015/03/download.png it’s not this http://dbn-outofthebox.azurewebsites.net/azienda/

How can edit my layout?

Hi,
the problem persist. I recreate step by step all the contents of my page.
I always saved at the end of each line (you can see the screenshot http://dbn-outofthebox.azurewebsites.net/wp-content/uploads/2015/03/download-1.png) but when I arrived to the last step, line with contact form, this is the results: page layout again empty!!!!! All the layout deleted.

Please Help me to resolve this issue please.

Please clarify what content you’re adding. Are you creating it with Visual Composer?
