Problem with update - by Doggys Market - on WordPress WooCommerce support

    hello good morning, I just updated the theme to its latest version, but my page does not work, I’m blank (WSOD) I would like to know how to fix it and uninstall the add-ons, but the problem is the theta. I am attentive to your answers, thanks.

    Hello,

    Sorry for the delay due to the weekends.
    I do not see the problem on your site. Is it solved?
    If you face the white screen or similar problem, try to enable WP debug mode to find out what error appears on your site, it will point you in the right direction what needs to be fixed. Also, do not forget to disable 3rd-party plugins in Dashboard > Plugins to be sure that problem relates to our theme.

    Hello I have not been able to solve it, I went back to the previous version that I can no longer stay on the web page, every time I try to update the blank screen appears, uninstall the pluggins and it still does not work, change the theme and perfect charge then I’m sure it’s a problem with the theme, I’m very attentive to your comments thank you very much.

    Hello,

    We can help you with the theme update. Please create a full backup of your files and DB then provide us with temporary wp-admin and FTP access.
    If you made changes in template files, move them to child theme to prevent losing.
    We’ve sent the latest version of WPBakery plugin to your registration email.
