Problem with translation in italian – Loco

Hi, although I have translated the plugin and the theme with Loco some things like popups for the sale-booster are not translated.
Can you help me? Thanks

Additionally, please provide your site’s WordPress Admin URL and credentials, as well as FTP logins, in the private content area of this topic. This will allow us to investigate the issue further and provide assistance.

Hello, Giuseppe,

You need to rename xstore-it.po and xstore-core-it.po to
xstore-it_IT.po and xstore-core-it_IT.po.

When I click on sync it deletes many translated words. May I ask you to verify manually?

Please rename files first – https://prnt.sc/0qqyaYtgovdz

As we can see, all is fine for Core plugin translation now. You can find and translate strings now. There is no need to translate all strings, just texts that are visible on the frontend.
