Problem with translate

To begin resolving your issue, we have two important recommendations:
1. Please translate the theme. You can use the previously created files as described here: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-translation/base-theme-translation/. Currently, only 2% of the translation is completed ( https://prnt.sc/J3LWtNnz_4rU ). You also need to change the location to the system one.
2. Delete the following file (custom one) as a duplication to prevent a conflict https://gyazo.com/b042b86ac56bd175cd22c01380698d2a
Kindly let us know if the situation improves after completing these steps, and we will then provide further instructions.

Let’s address your translation questions step by step to make the process more professional and effective.
If you would like to rename your categories in your own language, please open the page shown in the screenshot (https://prnt.sc/PWwuSHS1s5zr) and click the “Quick Edit” link to rename the category (https://prnt.sc/KuuJdNP06Uj9).
To modify the text displayed in the empty wishlist, go to Theme Options -> WooCommerce -> Wishlist -> Empty Wishlist Content (setting) (https://prnt.sc/Ws8muWuymC1t).
To edit the text on any of your pages, simply open the page for editing (https://prnt.sc/ZBye2WNbcPam).
To change the titles of widgets in your shop sidebar, navigate to Dashboard -> Appearance -> Widgets -> Shop Sidebar (https://prnt.sc/7ObPrbl_WW6o).
For text modifications that are loaded from files, please use the Loco Translate plugin to translate and adjust the texts from the XStore theme, XStore Core, and WooCommerce plugins.

I don’t know what exactly happened, but the entire site crashed on the mobile version! Please fix it immediately, as there are currently ads running and I’m losing money! If not, I’ll have to restore a backup from yesterday and please test after the correction if everything works normally on both the mobile and desktop versions!

I always clear the cache, both with a program and from the hosting! So the problem wasn’t there. The site was just broken all day, but I only saw it a moment ago. Then I restored the backup from yesterday and everything you had fixed is now gone.
