    Hi, I´ve updated to last version of woocommerce and wordpress. I have idstore version 4.0 installed and have many oudated copies in system status. When I updated to 4.1.1, web gets almost blank.
    So, I don´t know what to do. I had gone back to idstore 4.0.

    I´m sending you my System Status report just in case.

    Could you help me?

    We can help you with theme update but we need correct link to your wp-admin panel and login info and FTP credentials, as we can’t login with the provided before. Also confirm you have full backup of your site files and database so we may start update process.

    Hello,

    I’ve updated the theme to the latest version 4.2. Blank page on your site is caused by your customizations in child theme in header.php file so you need to check them. I’ve activated parent theme for now.
