Problem with theme options after the last theme update

After updating the theme and core plugin to the last version, I cannot open the theme options. When I try to open it, I receive the message: Cannot load et-panel-theme-options.
And, in log files in Plesk I receive: AH01071: Got error ‘PHP message: The wc_enqueue_js function is deprecated since version 10.4.0. Replace with wp_add_inline_script.; PHP message: The wc_enqueue_js function is deprecated since version 10.4.0. Replace with wp_add_inline_script.; PHP message: The wc_enqueue_js function is deprecated since version 10.4.0. Replace with wp_add_inline_script.’, referer: https://adorntextile.gr/

and: AH00124: Request exceeded the limit of 10 internal redirects due to probable configuration error. Use ‘LimitInternalRecursion’ to increase the limit if necessary. Use ‘LogLevel debug’ to get a backtrace.

Could you please provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access? We will check what can be done to help you.
To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process

Thank you for your quick response.
Now I have another problem. I tried to import a portfolio page (https://xstore.8theme.com/elementor/portfolio/), but 1. I work with WPBakery, not Elementor, and when I try to import the page, I receive the message you can see in the attached file
Any ideas about that?

It is not possible to import this page as it is dynamic page with projects from your web-site. If you would like to install the portfolio functionality, you can manually configure the page by following our documentation: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/portfolio-page/. Portfolio configuration you can set in Theme Options.
