Problem with theme installation - by streetoffice

    Hi i have problem with the installation ox xstore theme, i have a 500 error after installation.
    I have checked the PHP logs, and there are the following errors are being generated: [03-Feb-2017 18:30:03 UTC] PHP Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required ‘/home/xxxs/public_html/iamtsw/wp-content/themes/xstoreN/framework/thirdparty/envato_setup/envato_setup.php’ (include_path=’.:/opt/alt/php54/usr/share/pear:/opt/alt/php54/usr/share/php’) in /home/xxx/public_html/iamtsw/wp-content/themes/xstoreN/framework/init.php on line 58 [03-Feb-2017 18:30:40 UTC] PHP Warning: require_once(/home/xxx/public_html/iamtsw/wp-content/themes/xstoreN/framework/thirdparty/envato_setup/envato_setup.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/xxx/public_html/iamtsw/wp-content/themes/xstoreN/framework/init.php on line 58 [03-Feb-2017 18:30:40 UTC] PHP Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required ‘/home/xxx/public_html/iamtsw/wp-content/themes/xstoreN/framework/thirdparty/envato_setup/envato_setup.php’

    Hello,

    This issue could appear in 2 cases:
    1) Either you did not install theme properly and file xstoreN/framework/thirdparty/envato_setup/envato_setup.php is missing
    2) or you see this issue because of file permission.

    If you check the xstoreN/framework/thirdparty/envato_setup/ folder and file exists then contact your hosting provider to fix file permission issue.

    Reply back if it does not help and provide FTP and admin panel access in Private Content area.

    Hello,

    I have enabled WP debug and don’t see these warnings anymore. Could you tell me after what actions these errors appears?
