Good morning, there is a problem with the Xstore Core plugin. When enabled, it makes the web extremely slow, both within WordPress to customize and render pages, and to load the pages in the browser for any user visiting the web.

I’ve talked to the server/hosting company and they tell me it’s because of an installed plugin. I have disabled all the plugins and activated them one by one and the problem is the Xstore Core plugin. If I deactivate it, the web works correctly.

I’ve checked the cache themes to optimize but it’s still loading slow.

    Any solution?

    Hello, Johana Urbina,

We face the next error in the Dashboard of your site – https://prnt.sc/-7cCwteSMI6Y 503 Service Unavailable – this server error response code indicates that the server is not ready to handle the request. Common causes are a server that is down for maintenance or that is overloaded. Please contact your hosting provider and ask about assistance from their side.
    https://kinsta.com/blog/http-error-503/

The XStore Core plugin is required for XStore theme, so it can’t be disabled and it is used by all our customers.
Because of 503 error, we can’t even check what else plugins are activated on your site. The problem on your site can be caused by a conflict between Core and a 3rd party plugin or something from the server side https://kinsta.com/blog/http-error-503/
Without being available to check the situation more deeply, we can’t give you a solid response, so you need to solve the 503 problem with the help of your hosting first.

We don’t have a deal with the personal site optimization https://themeforest.net/page/item_support_policy Especially in case there is something on the server side that can’t be affected by us.
So, if you are not satisfied with the theme speed we are ready to give you a refund – https://themeforest.net/refund_requests/new

    Kind Regards,
    8theme team

    Hello,

Maydayhn.com/cilasa/wp-admin/ loaded me perfectly if it takes a while because of what I’m telling you to review, but if they refresh the page it loads.

    Could you try again please?

    Hello,
I have been customizing and seeing each section refreshing the page every time that error appears, we already checked with our server and the other pages load perfectly.

Is there something that can be done?

    Hello, Johana Urbina,

Did you contact hosting about 503 error? What exactly was their answer?

You are using the latest WordPress version, so it is recommended to update the theme and all plugins – https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/63-theme-update https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/37-plugins-update
Create backup before the updates, your hosting provider should be able to help you with this.

If updates don’t help, provide temporary FTP access, and we will check the situation more deeply.
To create FTP access, please contact your hosting provider for assistance.

    Kind Regards,
    8theme team
