Problem with the whole theme!! - by mothpre

I don’t understand this theme I keep working on it and a new mistake appears every time. As I told you before I have been working on this for a year since I bought it, I stop for a while and when I come back everything is wrong.

Can I trust being online on a theme that always shows up new errors and problems? I think it will make me loose clients instead of winning them. Good looking theme but what’s wrong back there.

THE PROBLEM

I was translating the theme I did it after correcting everything updating, etc as always, all the things I have to do to correct a mistake on this theme.

I finish translating the them was working great – I stop working for a week,today I came back today and a HUGE Mistake is there I can’t even access wordpress.

Does it have live on its own or what is going on with it – I would like to have some help on this I am getting really frustrated with this situation and I have invested a lot of time and energy on it. I would like to have a functional website without having to come to you everyday because of this problems.

Hello,

You used incorrect username, it’s mcshopadmin instead of mcshopadmon.
Please try to log in to wp-admin panel again. Please be more attentive when typing.
Please clarify your issues with the theme with more details. Please be more specific.

Hi Eva

I’m sorry but I am not able to confirm the right username since there is a general error, I confirm it when I type it but I am not able to because it doesn’t load the WordPress admin or log-in page: Here is what it looks like for me: http://uploadpie.com/vN5mx

Is it different for you? – Can you tell me what does it looks for you, what should I do?

Usually the errors that you got are related to hosting configuration. You can ask them about this issue as well.

Thanks for your answer Eva, since it loads fine for you I tried to reload several times and it starts looking like this: http://uploadpie.com/13Xxe So I erased all the cache and cookies – Now it looks fine.

Is there any reason why this happen? I just stop working I didn’t even used the computer – Can it happen to a normal person trying to use the website?

Hello,

The problem with sessions may be caused from server side of your hosting provider.
If this happens you need to contact hosting provider support at first.
