Problem with the "Slider Widget" option

I have inserted the “8theme – Products Widget” to my single product page sidebar and I want it to be displayed as a slider, so I have checked the “Slider widget” option and it works, but the loading animation won’t disappear from the images.

Hello,

Please try to disable all 3rd party plugins, clear cache and check if the problem will be solved. Also, temporary activate the parent theme and check the widget then. We do not have this problem on our test site, so likely it caused by an additional plugin or custom changes in files.

Hi,
I did the tests that you have recommended, but the problem is still there.
I have realized that when I switch my website’s default language to an LTR language (my website is in Hebrew) it works.
I need my website to be RTL aligned so that solution can’t be permanent.

Please help me fix this issue – I’m pretty sure that the problem is in XStore’s RTL compatibility.
