Hello,

Try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins , clear cache of browser, and check then. If the problem is independent of plugins, provide correct FTP access. We can’t connect right now – https://prnt.sc/2190h0u

Ok, thanks, I found the problem. I deactivated an option in Translatepress and the problem is resolved.
