Problem with the secondary menu dropdown. Lags and then loads

Hi, I face a problem with the secondary dropdown menu view on my eshop.

When I place my mouse on a category that contains a dropdown menu, this menu lags as you can see on the screenshot.

After this lag, it loads correctly.

Can you please inform me how can I fix this issue?

Could you please provide temporary wp-admin access? We need to check your settings.
