Problem with the Brand Filter - by Calyweb

Hi,
I have a big problem with the brand filter.
I have several products with different brands, but on the brand filter widget, it’s only showing one brand, I can’t filter on the others
You can show it at this adress : https://www.ecokids.fr/vetements-occasion-garcons/
I have two brands, but only one is shown…
Please help

That’s very strange but today, once we checked your site, we did not find a problem with brands filter. So, not sure but seems that was a temporary glitch.

Hi,
Yeah the problem is solved for the previous products
But I created a new product today, and I have the same problem…

If you go on Accessoires on the menu, there are two product with different category, but only one is shown

I have similar issue. I have 9 products from 2 different brands (4 and 5). All the products do show up, but just one Brand in Brand filter.
Interesting is if I add additional random brand to one of the products then all 3 Brands show up correctly in the filter.
