Problem with template execution and template cache, must be refreshed

    I had 2 problems

    1 – Did you consider anything to clear the cache or do I need to install a plugin? Please advise because I need to manage the cache.
    If I need to install a specific plugin like Lightspeed, please tell me.

    2 – When I add a product and publish it, I want to add a second product. It seems like the page freezes for the second product and I can’t even choose an image to add. When I refresh the page, it works (I have to do ctrl+f5).

    I work on other sites and other templates, and I didn’t have this problem at all.

    Please help.
