    Hello,

May we update Woocommerce plugin to check the issue?

    Thank you.

The updated plugin is in the plugins folder called “woocommerceNUEVA VERSION”

The current active “WooCommerce” is the previous version (the one that works correctly)

You can see the operation renaming the file “woocommerceNUEVA VERSION” a “WooCommerce”

And please keep the current “WooCommerce” (the previous version) in the plugins folder.

    Hello,

You mustn’t copy whole style.css file to the child theme.
Please remove all child theme folders and create only one following this instruction:
    http://codex.wordpress.org/Child_Themes
Then check the site with new Woocommerce version.

    Thank you.
    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

Hi, I did what you said according to the instructions you have given me and now I have 3 problems.

1 I do not want the title you have indicated in the image is displayed. (https://www.dropbox.com/s/scgdzwh3j0jplh8/no.PNG?dl=0)

2 Since no similar products are displayed below the product description. (https://www.dropbox.com/s/w5igio6xm6gzkg8/tampoco.PNG?dl=0)

3rd taxes have been deactivated, and the customer’s bill appears (VAT not included) when I have it configured.
It also appears when you finish buying an order.

    For example: (https://www.dropbox.com/s/86r62zhsnktovf5/here.PNG?dl=0)

I’ve noticed that when you add a product to cart from the catalog of WooCommerce the blue bar “shopping” no updates, I mean, does not show the order that has been added to your basket, what should I do with this?

    Hello,

The second issue with related products have been fixed.
Please clear browser cache and check.
Please clarify where you see the problem with PayPal. How can we replicate it? Does the issue persist with default WordPress theme?

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Hello,

You have a lot of Xmarket theme folders. It may cause a conflict.
Please remove other folders and keep only one child theme folder and reupload the parent Xmarket theme with the version 1.9.
We can do this for you. Please specify what child theme folder needs to be saved and the ones that can be removed.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

All files in the “child” template are needed, what went checking file by file and imprecidimble have left him alone … But with updating the style of “shopping cart”, “end buy” and others WooCommerce it has I lost ….

You will see that the style of the http://goo.gl/mmuBXj page is not the same to this other http://goo.gl/azhLpY and the only thing that changes is the product category …

    Hello,

    May we reupload the theme?
Please specify what child theme folder should be saved (give the name of the folder).
Also confirm you have a back up of the files and database.

    Thank you.

    Eva Kemp.

    Hello,

I’ve updated the theme and deactivated the plugin “Woocommerce Product Disclaimer” which caused the issue with adding a product to the cart and information wasn’t updated.
Please clear your browser cache and check.

    Thank you.
