Problem with slider revolution at home page

I have some problems with slider revolution. It doesn’t work!

I personalize one slider and when I try to see the preview, It shows:

“Not Acceptable!

An appropriate representation of the requested resource could not be found on this server. This error was generated by Mod_Security.”

… and It doesn’t appear at home page.

I downgraded my woocommerce plugin and now the slider works, but when I want to see the preview of some sliders the error persists

I’ve checked slider and it’s working perfect.
Could you please clarify with more details where problem persist and show us screenshots?
