    Hello.
I am trying to create a single post template from the builder.
I followed the steps, I inserted one of your templates, I created a condition “include single posts all” and published.
The posts seem to look like in the template.
But when I am trying to edit a post using elementor I get a 500 error. If I use the theme template instead of default, everything is fine. If I go back using the default (the one from builder) I get the error.
I have cleared cache, server and elementor but I still have the same problem.
Could you please have a look at this?
    thanks!

    hi hi!
Make a video of what? I just follow the steps. Go to the builder, I create a new for the single post it shows your templates and I randomly pick one and in conditions I choose include – posts – all , save and exit
    There is no mystery here.
Then I go to edit the post and I get the image attached. If I click on the link I get nothing.

    Hello, Webalize,

The problem was that you had the necessary element elements for this page disabled, and it was impossible to enable them because the element settings page is unavailable due to a compatibility issue between Elementor and some third-party plugin. We disabled all third-party plugins, enabled the necessary widgets and elements, and enabled third-party plugins again

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team
