Problem with sidebar on Shop page and Product Page

Hey Team

An amazing Team, works well for my client however i am having problem with side bar with product categories on Shop/category and Product page. I have tried and disabled all plugins and reinstalled woocoommerce but that didn’t help. Can you please advise.

Please update Woocommerce and other required plugins https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ .
If the issue persists after update please provide us with FTP credentials as well.

Hi Jack,

I have updated all the plugins, and tried to update woo commerce however that gave me a lot of different issues, like broken categories and inability to view the products or footer.
can you please advise?

Hello,

I renamed old theme folder to “xmarket_old” in wp-content/themes/ directory and uploaded a new theme version. Then I renamed old Woocommerce folder version to “woocommerce_old” in wp-content/plugins directory and uploaded new Woocommerce plugin version.

Please clear browser cache and check your site now.

Hi Jack,

THANKS! That had fixed the problem with the slider but unfortunatly created new one.
I am using realex getaway and after activating it the theme is broken.

Do you know why is that?
