    Hello, Pexles,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

To proceed effectively, we require wp-admin and FTP access to further diagnose and resolve the issue.

To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. We look forward to your prompt response.

    Hello,

    We appreciate your prompt response.

We have conducted a review of the system logs https://prnt.sc/nN55VtJL2eN9
Upon examination, it has been determined that the issue pertains to one of the widgets showcased here: https://prnt.sc/XLSfJMmrN4N2. Specifically, the “Filters by brands” widget has been identified as the source.
As a temporary measure to ensure optimal performance, the widget in question has been relocated to a separate area. This adjustment will remain in effect until there is an increase in memory capacity. Once the memory has been expanded, we can consider restoring the widget to its original position.

You need to contact your hosting provider and ask to fix the memory problem https://prnt.sc/nN55VtJL2eN9
