Yesterday after 10:43 (because at this time last invoice was created from woocommerce) I lost connection with third party invoice system – Fakturownia. They check everything and asked me to check it by my site. I turn off all plugins but still, when I try to add new keys on Invoice website, there is info: The API keys you entered are incorrect. Please verify that the information you entered is correct.
I have no idea what happen yesterday after 10:43.

    Hello,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Please note that the XStore theme itself does not manage or modify any API integrations, including Fakturownia. The theme has no control over external API keys, authentication checks, or invoice generation.

Since you already tested with all plugins disabled and the issue still occurs, here are the steps I recommend:

1/ Switch temporarily to a default theme (Storefront) and check if the issue persists.
    – If the same “API keys incorrect” message appears, the problem is not related to XStore.

2/ Re-generate API keys in Fakturownia and try adding them again. Sometimes old keys get invalidated automatically on the provider’s side.

3/ Check server logs (error_log) for any errors around the time of the last successful invoice (10:43).
    – Hosting providers often update PHP or security modules, which can block outgoing connections.

4/ Confirm with your hosting provider that outgoing requests to Fakturownia endpoints are not being blocked by the firewall.

5/ Make sure your site’s date/time settings are correct — API providers sometimes reject requests with invalid timestamps.

We hope this information is helpful.

    Warm Regards,
    The 8Theme Team
