    Good morning,
    this morning when tested my e-commerce I have noticed that the mobile version home page is a white page! The desktop version works well but in the mobile version I can see only the slider on the top of page?
    Do I wrong something?

    Thanks in advance and happy new year

    Hello,

    Try to disable all third-party plugins, that do not come bundled with our theme, and check how it works then https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/
    If the problem is not caused by a plugin, provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access.

    Regards

    Hello,

    The problem is caused by this plugin – https://prnt.sc/qihin7 Disable the plugin or contact support of the plugin to get assistance.
    We don’t give a guaranty for full theme compatibility with all 3-rd party plugins.

    Regards

    Good afternoon, I have disactivate the plugin but now the layout of the site is align to left and not to center. I have tried to align the conbtent to center but nothing. Can you help to align content to center? The problem is in also in the other page like https://www.anticabottegaumbra.it/new/aloe-vera-benefici-proprieta-curative-e-controindicazioni/

    I can solve these problems I will buy your theme for other my clients.

    Thanks in advance

    Hello,

    Try to disable third-party plugins one by one to find out if one of plugins causes this issue too.
    If this doesn’t help, try to add the next custom CSS code:

    .container {
        margin-right: auto;
        margin-left: auto;
        padding-left: 15px;
        padding-right: 15px;
    }

    Regards
