Hello. I am contacting you with 2 problems. Please help me solve the situation where the entire page code is often not loaded, but only a part of it. I had a problem with the Child template before. If I clear the memory, the problem disappears, but after some time the problem occurs again. I looked for the cause in plugins and cache, I searched in the theme settings, but I can’t think of anything else. Please give me your opinion. The second problem is a fatal blog error. It is not possible to load the article edit. Only the edit in Elenentor works. I don’t have this problem with other websites. Thank you in advance for any advice and help. I appreciate it. Thank you for reaching out to us.

1/ Kindly proceed to Xstore > Theme Options > Speed Optimization. Once there, please locate and select Menu Dropdown Cache, Menu Cache, Static Blocks Cache, and Remove Query Strings From Static Resources. Subsequently, turn off these options.
Navigate to Elementor > Tools > Regenerate CSS & Data.

2/ To assist you more effectively, we kindly request that you record a video demonstrating the issue and the steps leading to it. This will help us better understand and replicate the problem on our end.
Upload the video on a filesharing service, for example – https://fex.net/ , and provide us with the URL.
