When too many items are added to the cart, a message with this information does not appear. It goes to the notification queue and only after opening the next page all notifications are displayed. The problem occurs on cached pages. Please check out the video and sample page. Notifications are saved along with the website in the cache and the next customer who visits the website still sees the notification. The demo site has the same problem. Please check how to fix it. I use WP Rocket.

    Hello, Lew-shop,

Thank you for reaching out to us with your concern.

Could you please provide answers to the following questions:
    1. When the WP Rocket plugin is disabled, does the problem persist?
    2. How does it function when the default WooCommerce theme – Storefront, is activated instead of our XStore theme?

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team

the problem only occurs when wp rocket is turned on. I think it’s mainly related to WooCommerce notifications. I found a topic on githube that explains my problem better. Please test it on your website, e.g. https://xstore.8theme.com/elementor/demos/niche-market02/. You don’t see notifications at the moment because all pages are cached. The same thing happens, e.g. I have 10 pieces of product. The customer has already added 5 items and is trying to add another 6. The message that appears without cache is: you cannot add 6 items because you have already added 5 and we have 10 in stock. Standard WooCommerce mechanism. The fact that they don’t appear is not a big problem. The problem is when a client visits a page that is not yet in the cache, previous messages appear and are saved in the cache, and the next client who visits the page sees them. I can clear the cache only after updating the product, unfortunately I cannot turn on systematic cleaning because I have 6k products and preload loads my server too much.

    Hello, Lew-shop,

    Thank you for your response.

We kindly request that you conduct a test to evaluate the functionality of the default WooCommerce theme, Storefront, by activating it in place of our XStore theme.

Additionally, please assess the work with the “Ajax Add To Cart” feature disabled in the Theme Options.

Please provide us with the outcomes of both tests at your earliest convenience.

    Thank you for your cooperation.

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team
