    Hello,

Please update the theme to the latest version 2.7.1.
Before update delete “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/royal/ and it’ll be reuploaded from a new theme package.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Hi,

If we delete woocommerce our all uploaded products & setting will get deleted or it will remain.

    Hello,

All your settings will remain, because you’ll remove “woocommerce” folder in the theme directory, not in the plugins directory.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.

    Hello,

As I see you are still using old theme version http://prntscr.com/bt5szn but the latest one is 2.7.1.
Please update the theme to the latest version.
Don’t forget to create back up of your files and database before starting update process!

(it’s for Legenda theme but the process is the same).

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.

    Hello,

No categories are created in Products > Categories http://prntscr.com/bt7hc4 , that’s why you don’t see them on home page.
Create categories and mark products with them.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.

    Hello,

I’ve checked the issue with default Woocommerce theme Storefront and it also persists there too, so the problem is related to Woocommerce plugin, not to the theme.
We recommend to contact Woocommerce support for further investigation and tell them to check this problem with their default theme.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.

    Hi Jack,

We have word with the Woocommerce Team & they said that they will only help us if we have order number or subscription key for the Woocommerce. So can you provide us the same so we can get help from Woocommerce Team.

    Regards,
    Karan
