We have a problem with the menu after the last update. It is not collapsing. It is of course about the product category menu in the sidebar.
When we are logged in it is fine, and when we enter as not logged in it is completely expanded.

What can be done about it?

    Hello,

If this doesn’t work for not logged users only, it can be a cache effect. Please clear all cache (plugin, server, CDN) and check Categories then.

Thank you. Unfortunately, nothing has helped. We cleared the wordpres cache with WPRocket and on the site server. We do not use CDN. Perhaps some other plugin is needed?

    Hello,

1/ As I can see, CDN is used on your site – https://gyazo.com/a75afa3ee408cef848c9ebe933315693 If you do not know about it, try to contact your hosting provider.
2/ Try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , clear cache of browser, and check Categories then.
3/ Provide temporary wp-admin access, so we can take a closer look.

    Regards

Then I apologize. I didn’t know we had one. I don’t know everything about wordpress unfortunately. Thank you for this information.

I granted access in another topic. Maybe something can be found. It is possible that something got mixed up.

Thank you very much for your help

Yes, it’s a WPROCKET plugin. I disabled some of the features and need to restore them one at a time and check.

Unless you recommend another plugin of this kind?

    Hello,

We changed JS optimization settings a little bit. Check your site now.

Thank you for your help. However, please restore all the changes you have made. The changes you made caused the page to load slower. And this is what we care more about.

    I apologize for the inconvenience.

Before the changes we had a score of 82 on cell phones and now it’s 9 or 19.

    Hello,

Take my apologies for the delay in answering.
I just enabled JS optimization in the cache plugin settings https://prnt.sc/1qaem2b
Disabling of these options only slows down the score. I suppose that you had a better result before our changes because you have JS error that did not allow normal loading of the images and other elements, so the page was almost empty and that’s why a good score was there. But once the page loading all the elements that it should then the score is slower.
You may try the NitroPack plugin to get better google speed and GTmetrix results.

Thank you for your response. No problem I just cared a lot. Unfortunately so far the result has not improved. I understand that you corrected a bug in JS and that’s why this result is not improving. The settings in the plugin have not changed.
Thank you for correcting the error in JS. Could you please tell me what the error was? And does something by chance write it at some update (of this your fix?).

    Thank you

However, something is still wrong as it was because in the mobile option the photos load without WEBP just like computers, and they used to load that way. What could have changed?

Unfortunately, adding the Nitro plugin made the result still sleepy.I went back to WPRocket. Too bad the score is so poor again.

It’s funny, because with that JS error at least it looked nice in terms of the outcome 🙂 and it actually loaded the page faster.

Please tell me why the photo doesn’t have WEBP mobile version, but the website does.

I’m sorry, but all this causes a lot of errors on the site. There is again a problem with the medu on the left sidebar. It is not collapsing. I haven’t changed anything in the settings. I am checking on several computers.
The page is taking longer to load than it ever has in the past.
At the bottom under the photter in Safari, when it crawls all the way to the bottom there is a black box.
The login and password prompt appears even though you do not hover over the login options. This stays in the TOP picture for a while.

I really do not know what has been changed or improved in this code. I can’t control what is happening.

    Hello,

Send us the video of the issue, please. Do you have any errors in the console?
That’s really strange issue because we tested your site and everything works fine https://recordit.co/9ASF4CKMKc

In my case, it looks like this https://recordit.co/7h2Hnokk4H. Since your changes there is a problem with loading slider. Customers also report it to us. Then the menu is unfolded and does not collapse again.

I do not know what you changed (fixed in the code), but there are more and more errors. Another one is the functioning of the shopping cart on a mobile phone. A product added to the cart shows up on the cart icon, but when you go into the cart, it shows no products. It is only when you click on the top cart that the products appear. https://gyazo.com/e3ce69882d9c94f3bf2d247ebbddaeea

    Hello,

Do you have errors in the console? https://balsamiq.com/support/faqs/browserconsole/
Try to disable cache plugin and check if you have errors with the categories, slider and cart on mobile if cache plugin is enabled?

This topic has not been resolved. Still after your interference the images loaded on the phone do not shrink as they do on the computer. It used to happen like that. I still do not know what you have changed, so I cannot restore it myself.

    Please help me.

Overall, the mobile site looks terrible in these results and actually takes a long time to load.
    http://prnt.sc/1xm6zfz
There was a moment that this result was awesome, but as you read at the beginning of this chat, it turned out that there was a bug and you messed something up (I don’t know what until today) and this result dropped heavily.

The main reason was that after your change, the mobile images do not compress to .webp format as they do in the case of images on a regular browser. http://prnt.sc/1xm7eif

I do not know what was changed. I also don’t know why this is the result, and we mainly have mobile customers.

    Hello,

We have images Lazy load option in Theme Options > Speed optimization. Only this one plays with images in any way. We did not change any other options that may affect compressing to .webp format.
Also, I tested your site and mobile version has much better results than you display on your screenshot https://prnt.sc/1xpsmny

Thank you for the information. I’m still low and it’s a little better now because it’s 28. That’s the result I saw some time ago, as you mentioned that there was an error. I wonder what it depends on, that you have such a result and we have a lower one. Surely the information about the problem with loading .webp files has disappeared, and only two show much higher results:
    Eliminate resources blocking rendering
    1,47 s
    Reduce unused CSS code
    1,2 s
