Problem with Live/Staging Websites in *.com.pl

I have purchased 2 xstore themes(licenses)
1 is used on the website *.com.pl
2 I want to use as a test environment for the new website *.com.pl (i.e. put it on test.*.com.pl)

I can’t do it because the theme screams either:
Oops… The limit on the number of activations has been reached.
According to ThemeForest’s licensing policy, each license is valid for use in only one project, read more. XStore allows the licensing of 1 live site.

Currently, we see that the purchase code has been activated for the following sites:

Live Website 1/1: *.com.pl

or

Upon our review, it appears that the provided domain [test.*.com.pl] does not match our live domain patterns.
