Problem with License renew support - by antonylai

    Hi,

    Yesterday i found my page broken. I checked my account, and noticed my x-store theme has expired. I renew support but the website still can’t fix well. All the design was changed and can’t use WPBakery Page Builder to design page . What’s happen ?

    Provide temporary Dashboard and FTP access to your site to check the problem in more details, please.

    Hello,

    Problem was caused by Autoptimize plugin. Probably one of the third-party plugins that you use does not support either CSS or JS minification. Try another caching plugin or disable third-party plugins one by one to find out which one ( or a few maybe) does not support Autoptimize plugin and exclude that plugin from caching and minification.
