Problem with language changing to french

hello support team
i’m trying to change my website language to french I followed this article and I used loco translate plugin and files from glotpress but the website still in English specially woocommerce pages and fields as you can see for example in the image

Translation files for themes should be placed in /wp-content/languages/themes/ folder,
for plugins, like Core plugin, in /wp-content/languages/plugins folder (this is System location),
with correct names, for example, for XStore theme: xstore-fr_FR.po, and xstore-core-fr_FR.po for XStore Core plugin.
