Problem with importing designs - by leo - on WordPress WooCommerce support

Dear
I have the following problem

I first want to install a design from theme options, and clicking on any nothing happens amount from Tools – > Import XML file in the folder
select the folder with the theme and nothing happened . How can I do it?
Does not appear in the tutorial

And the other is ESS GRID locate the file to import the file ess_grid.json
And do not come in the download

Hello,

Please provide us with FTP credentials in private content.
Ess. grid file is included only in templates where it’s used, for example, open theme package > “XML files” folder > “cosmetics” folder. There you’ll find ess_grid.json which is used for this template.
